Our 2000-ton to 5000-ton press machines produce frames for various-sized trucks every day, while other press machines produce parts and components in various shapes every day.
With our high-performance press machines and years of production know-how, we enable production of parts and components with complicated shapes.

Our originally-developed NC punch press can process several hundreds of holes in a single frame in a short period of time, assisting our customers with various needs of small quantity and various kinds.

We also have a large coil blanking press, which enables continuous processing of material up to 9 mm from coiled material, significantly contributing to large-quantity production of steel plate parts.

We can efficiently manufacture frames in various shapes and properties on a single line, in the order designated by our customer. In our axle housing assembly line, a mechanical processing, welding, and plasma processing are put onto a single line, providing a consistent manufacturing system.

Having an in-house painting facility, we can offer a consistent service for pressing, welding, and painting within the company. We use cation electrodeposition coating; therefore, we can provide coating which is highly rust-proof.

In addition to general facilities which support small quantity production, we can provide highly-efficient production depending on the number of parts to be produced through “autonomation” for individual parts. Combining years of know-how and welding jigs, we have established a system which allows us to offer consistent quality for difficult welding.

Through tie-ups with subcontract plants, we also have external facilities available. From pilot production of a small quantity to material cutouts, we can respond to your needs quickly and flexibly.
