Company History

July, 1919 The First President, Tomekichi Takebe, started the company in Shinagawa, Tokyo (plate working and sheet-metal processing)
November, 1939 Reorganized into a Corporation (manufacturing of various vehicle parts, heating and cooling devices, and chemical machinery)
January, 1946 Started manufacturing of frames and parts for trucks and buses manufactured by Hino Motors, Ltd.
February, 1952 Opened Higashi-Osaki Plant, expanded pressing facilities for up to 2,000 tons, and started integrated in-house production of frames
March, 1954 Started manufacturing of frames and parts for trucks and buses manufactured by Mitsubishi
April, 1964 Opened Atsugi Plant, integrated and moved two Tokyo Plants, and expanded production by installing a 3,000-ton press

Take the Kokudo (Japan National Route) 129 towards Atsugi City
Turn left at Mizuhiki intersection on the Kokudo 129
